At Jovie Journey, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or dissatisfaction without a valid defect or issue.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with the following details:

  • Full Name

  • Order Number

  • Reason for Return

  • Photos of the damaged or defective item (if applicable)

Once approved, we will arrange for the item to be returned. You must return the product within 7 days after the return is approved.


3. Refunds

Since we offer Cash on Delivery, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • If your return is approved, we will issue a cash refund upon successful pickup and inspection of the returned product.

Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process after we receive and inspect the returned item.


4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Used or damaged products not caused by us

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Products returned after 7 days of return approval
